Aetna Health Insurance is one of the largest providers in New York. Lucky for us, Aetna also covers acupuncture!

Dylan and Jinhee, the acupuncturists of Dylan Stein Acupuncture, are both registered as out-of-network providers with Aetna. Now before you get all upset by the term “out-of-network,” let me put you at ease: There are no in-network acupuncture providers with Aetna, so those pesky out-of-network charges don’t apply the way they do if you went to an out-of-network doctor.

Depending on the specifics of your plan, you’re not necessarily going to have any out-of-pocket cost for acupuncture when you use Aetna insurance to cover your treatment.

So, let’s check your insurance coverage (send us your Aetna card info) via the Contact Us page. If you’d like to read more about using health insurance to cover acupuncture, visit the Insurance page.
